There’s way too much organizational changes in the sales org. In 1 year, I’ve had 6 different managers different styles, moving into different teams. Lots of B/B testing and pilot programs which are not bad however it happens so frequently that I find myself working longer hours and not able to hit quota as much as I have anticipated. Overall a better than average place to work. Biggest complaint is the lack of alignment between NA Sales leadership and Sales leadership in the UK where Sage Global is headquartered.
