Terrible. Toxic culture, unrealistic targets, nepotism, bully-type leadership under Canada direct sales. This place operates on threats, coercion and leaders who lack the basics of skills. These leaders will preach about being a champion to your success. Their only success is driving culture and morale to the ground. Inability to make money or hit target due to clowns running this circus. If you aren’t prepared to commit your sanity or life to this place…run!

Sage is a great company to work for. Since they merged Intacct, it has brought on a lot of red tape, but that comes with all large Publicly Traded Companies. However, they recently implemented a commission cap of 160%.
