Good product, but lacking real manufacturing capabilities. In the ERP world, these are essential. The company has a chance to be top-tier, but the leadership team will not put the necessary measures in place to get there.

Overall a better than average place to work. Biggest complaint is the lack of alignment between NA Sales leadership and Sales leadership in the UK where Sage Global is headquartered.
