Current Employee Decent overall;
Good:
-High payout for qualified meetings
-If you get the right industry to support, you can make a lot of money
-The base here is solid compared to other companies
Negative:
-Management has very high KPIs that aren't attinable with the workflows in place (100 outbound cold calls per day, only roughly 3/50 reps hit this)
-This company operates like a start-up in strategy. They change and pivot a lot, and there's not much room to make your own decisions. The issue is it's an enterprise level solution and a large company so this doesn't always translate well
