SMB sales at Samsara is meh. Some reps really kill it. But its pretty much all over the place. Its spray and pray 10x. No real strategy. Also tons of cold calls. Probably 85% OB. Not fun. Lot of people quitting. I think MM or ENT is a better fit for PMF. Samsara is just too expensive for SMB purposes.

My overall experience with Samsara was great. At the time there wasn't the greatest culture (there was a PIP epidemic but has since changed (have colleagues who still work there)). But overall good, clean company.
