Current Employee Top notch leadership, product market leader, great training to set you up for success, remote work, flexible coworking space opportunities, decent inbound opportunities. While top of the market by far, the market is still competitive, which isn’t a bad thing.
Upper leadership is world class, and still strives to operate lean and fast. Sales org is above average, good leadership, great tools and resources at your disposal.
Samsara is my 5th software company over 13 year career, and is the best I’ve found, you really can’t ask for more in my opinion.
Only downside is that some players have found a way to play dirty with inbound leads, but that is currently a very active project amongst leadership, monitoring in new ways and making sure everyone is playing on the same level field.
