Great upward mobility if you do well and are a good leader / culture fit. Benefits for the rest of the company does not apply the same way to sales ie: leaves and sabbatical. A lot of pressure to constantly perform, reps / leaders get burnt out. Comp structure and stability of role and long term vision of company has kept me this long.

Quota is attainable here at Samsara. They provide various tools to help generate more opportunities with the prospects. It is a fixed book, but the product market fit is there and the books are not ran through at all.
