Glassdoor is 1 star reviews saying its awful there or 5 star reviews saying its the greatest thing ever. Anyone have context that isn't so polarizing?

The 1 stars are absolutely more accurate - they “incentivize” positive Glassdoor and G2 reviews… Worked there for 3 yrs and it’s the absolute worst environment I’ve ever witnessed.

Company brass monitors repvue ratings closely and encourages employees to write 5 star reviews.

They ask you to rate the company before you start or during your first week, can’t remember exactly when I was asked - this was back in 2019 FYI. It’s just not a great place to work, sleezy and poor coaching although there are plenty of nice people there. That’s my take on the disparity

it’s not for everyone. It is a good company. It is not a company that will let you coast. you need to PUSH.

Some people love the company because it’s easy product to sell. Others hate the company because it’s really not a huge amount of $$$. Very low ceiling.

It's not unlike other high-velocity sales orgs. People that are hitting their numbers and putting in activity are happy and those that aren't are unhappy. If you have a positive, long-term mindset here, you're going to do very well. I've worked at other big named SaaS companies, it's always the same. You have to work for what want.
