Toxic family culture that emphasizes too much on the family. Much of an SDR sweatshop as your incentives are only based on meetings held, not booked. High turnover but most people are okay. Communication internally is very terrible between AEs and SDRs. If you’re looking for a company that care about your success too. Idk about this one. The managers are prettt great though and they’re helpful.

It was a great experience with great leadership and overall steady lead generation in opportunities. The company is better than the right direction. There’s certainly room for improvement, but I trust that the company will get there in a very short period of time.
