We actually use it internally to close more deals which is pretty cool. Base + comp role + benefits + solid leadership. Would be nice to do a company trip somewhere warm once a quarter or yearly so we can mix it up/zoom, etc.

If you are not promoted in the first 3-6 months you should look for a new job because they most likely will never give you a decent shot.
