Former Employee What started off as a fruitful opportunity is the SaaS world, quickly turned in to the biggest nightmare you could ever believe. The most cut throat and toxic work environment you could imagine. In the 10 months I was employed with Seamless I had 3 different sales managers, 3 different teams of reps I worked with, and went through 3 separate changes to our comp plan. The only thing consistent about this company is that nothing is consistent. They are also incredibly ruthless when it comes to an underperforming rep. If you aren’t hitting quota month over month say goodbye to your job. Instead of working with you, coaching you, and finding ways to get you back on track to success, they just throw you on a PIP and say good luck. I watched so many great SDRs, Sales Managers, and Account Executives get fired from Seamless just because of a bad month or two. They don’t understand that people have lives outside of work, real life things that might play a part on their production any given month. If you are reading this and you are debating taking a job with Seamless here is my warning to you: DONT.
