Been with the company for 6 years, I felt appreciated from day 1. The key is to find a few key coworkers and work together to keep each other positive and hold each other accountable to hitting goals. With being remote, those who go at this alone rarely made it/more likely to burnout, etc. Very smart people here, diversity has grown too from when I started which has been nice to see. Find your ppl and avoid any negativity coworkers, as that occurred too.

My time at Seamless has been good, the culture is cool. I found working remote has helped with my mental health. I'm on zoom with the team for the majority of the day and that's fine.
