Working for Seamless.AI was frustrating—unrealistic quotas, micromanagement, and a toxic sales culture made every day stressful. Leadership focused more on aggressive metrics than employee well-being. Burnout was common, and turnover was high. Promises made during onboarding rarely matched reality. It felt like a grind, not a career opportunity.

Great team and great direct management. The senior leadership has no idea what is going on. Barely 5% of the reps are hitting quota. We have no pipeline and our top of funnel is non existent

Experience has been below average. Quota's are unrealistic and they do not provide any sort of training to develop you.
