Working for Seamless.AI was frustrating—unrealistic quotas, micromanagement, and a toxic sales culture made every day stressful. Leadership focused more on aggressive metrics than employee well-being. Burnout was common, and turnover was high. Promises made during onboarding rarely matched reality. It felt like a grind, not a career opportunity.

Company wins all kinds of rewards each year, fastest growing, etc. and that was how I heard of them originally. Worked here for 5 years, paid my dues in the beginning, worked my way up into a leadership position. I felt I could have kept progressing too but decided to slow down and have a family. Experience has been below average. Quota's are unrealistic and they do not provide any sort of training to develop you.

I appreciated the open door policy. I felt like I could slack over a message to just about anyone and the would do their best to help. There was one or two 'bad apples' that snuck past recruiters but they didn't last long and were often the first to complain. Top dogs were making $10k+/mo, advance to leadership was always from within which I appreciated.
