Company wins all kinds of rewards each year, fastest growing, etc. and that was how I heard of them originally. Worked here for 5 years, paid my dues in the beginning, worked my way up into a leadership position. I felt I could have kept progressing too but decided to slow down and have a family. That said, this is one of those jobs that requires you to pay your dues in the beginning (which is where the most turnover/complaints come from) but after the first couple of years, you'll have the opportunity to advance.

Seamless is a good company to work for. My leaders have been helpful when i truly needed it. but they let me struggle some so that I could figure out what I really needed to know. Most of my co-workers were pleasant but not as talkative as I would have liked. I would love to see more team building exercises and be able to get to know more of my co-workers.
