Current Employee I've been here for the better part of a year. There's great upward mobility, you can get promoted to AE in 6 months if you perform very well month after month. Seamless is a churn and burn company. Turnover is high. Culture is great, everybody is super chill. Upper Sales leadership consistently moves the goalposts and make it harder for SDRs to hit goals with stupid rule changes. They're always experimenting. There is little sales enablement. The month 1 training managers are excellent, but then you just have your SDR manager to work on skilling up. If you come in and crush it consistently, you will be promoted. If you come in and struggle a bit, not hitting quota frequently, you will likely be forgotten and end up quitting. You can get PIPd multiple times here and not get fired. It's a pretty exhausting role, not very strategic, just cold calling all day. 20 days of PTO for the year. They don't let you work past 40 hours. Unpaid lunch. Two 20 minute paid breaks/day. Good benefits. Great role to break into SAAS and get promoted to AE fast, as long as you hit quota consistently. Browse Other Reviews
