Employees have the autonomy to do their jobs without having to worry about anyone leaning over their shoulder and watching their every move. The management does a good job of actually trusting their staff here. I’ve worked for too many companies that fall victim to the mentality of hovering or hand holding which stems from ultimately not trusting their staff enough. Once you’re given a job, you’re trusted to get it done.

The only "strategy" employed by Seamless is volume. If you aren't making 350+ calls a day you are seen as a slacker who isn't hustling hard enough.
