Great team and great direct management. The senior leadership has no idea what is going on. Barely 5% of the reps are hitting quota. We have no pipeline and our top of funnel is non existent

Leadership is horrendous. The sales managers pick and choose who they are going to give the best leads too. They expect you to work until 7pm each day. The CEO is a egotistical spoon and if you don't drink his kool-aid, he will let you know about it. The product in theory is great, but the "AI" is sub-par.
