Don’t let anyone tell you this company doesn’t care about their staff. Look at the pay. Look at the benefits. They’re highly competitive for the industry. Then you have the perks like catered lunches, coffee, snacks, beer and so on.

Toxic family culture that emphasizes too much on the family. Much of an SDR sweatshop as your incentives are only based on meetings held, not booked. High turnover but most people are okay. The work day flies right on by. You’ll constantly be doing something, working on something, helping someone with something, etc. One moment you’re getting your day started and the next the day is over. Competitive pays makes the job enticing at least for me. Advancement opportunities as well. No stagnation.
