Former Employee4.7Jun 21, 2024I appreciated the open door policy. I felt like I could slack over a message to just about anyone and the would do their best to help. There was one or two 'bad apples' that snuck past recruiters but they didn't last long and were often the first to complain. Top dogs were making $10k+/mo, advance to leadership was always from within which I appreciated.
