Really like the company especially my manager and team. Physical security and is a must for most businesses and Access Control is becoming ubiquitous so there will be a never-ending need for the products & services. Plenty of leads and large accounts to manage. Stanley merger was a bit rocky, but most of the kinks have been worked out. The sales process if a bit tedious going through multiple channels and approvals, but it’s manageable. Overall happy with the position and would like work towards becoming a National Account Manager.
