They had a tough time keeping top sales reps because the base salary was significantly lower than the market rate. Lead flow was consistent. Local management was great, but corporate and operations were not. Operations was understaffed and implementation was constantly a headache and lacked effective communication.

Leadership could not care less about their employees. Our annual merit increases are a joke. We worked remotely for 4 years and then management got their feelings hurt and retaliated by making us come to the office again 5 days a week.
