Very bad, micromanagement. Told it was Hybrid and its not really, no one is hitting target but few AE´s same target for everybody without taking in mind which product you are selling... On boarding team is a disaster, you tell clients you have engineers looking for their machines and its not true, they force contracts even though we cant give a proper service... Its actually a very bad company, no marketing no brand awareness no nothing... No resources to share with prospect, no testimonials of the product really working

Sensorfact looks good on the surface , nice colleagues and 9–5 hours, but the sales reality is brutal. In my product line, only ~9% of reps hit quota.
