Leads were non-existent and executives did little to nothing to improve our team's situation. The culture is "nice" but cross-team collaboration was some of the worst I had seen in my career. Rather than acknowledge and solve the company's problems, different teams simply defended their short term interests.

Great product, but leadership isn't a fan of sales...still treats the product completely like Self-Service. Need to create VP/C-level functions to drive sales from top instead of bottom only.

Founder goals don't align with business goals. This causes knee-jerk reactions from the relatively inexperienced leadership team trying to keep their titles.
