Sales leadership is only focused on the numbers and making the board happy at the expense of front line managers and ICs. I was there for almost 2 years. A top performer for over a year. They made changes that promote a churn and burn culture within the SDR org. Most were already churning, these changes sealed everyone else's fate that doesn't jump ship. Do yourself a favor and run if you're an SDR.

Overall experience has been pretty good so far. Definitely a grind but there is potential to succeed. Leads have been a little rough and the rules on opportunities flipping are not favorable to SDRs. Lots of factors that can disqualify all your hard work. That's probably the biggest downfall I've experienced.

ServiceTitan is a great company to work for and I enjoyed my short time there. I left because I accepted an founding account executive position with a startup.
