ServiceTitan is a great company to work for and I enjoyed my short time there. I left because I accepted an founding account executive position with a startup. Now I will say training is mediocre, there is a pretty high turnover rate, and expectations are unrealistic in my opinion. I liked my manager as a person but he was not the best leader. The pay is great and there are definitely a lot of opportunities to grow and move up in the company.

Great Base Pay for an entry level SDR. Higher than most competing tech company’s. - SQOs are heavily influenced by AE running a demo and will do the most to discredit an opp if not meeting full ICP. Terrible churn and burn company in the SDR space. Constantly hiring because they know the quotas aren't attainable. Mass hire 30-50 people each month or more and mass fire people after ramp period.
