Leads have been a little rough and the rules on opportunities flipping are not favorable to SDRs. Lots of factors that can disqualify all your hard work. That's probably the biggest downfall I've experienced.

Current Employee3.9May 31, 2024Base is average and ote similar to other companies. Good luck trying to hit quota. You will be given leads that have been called many times over the last 3-5 years. You’re probably 1 call away from being yelled at or told to put them on a do not call list. If they haven’t, they are either a duplicate or probably don’t qualify.
