Leadership is the most important factor when deciding where to work. ServiceTitan's sales org has terrible senior leadership. They don't take feedback from SDRs or managers. SDRs are not set up for success. SDRs are seen as disposable and regarded as collateral damage. All that matters is maintaining revenue numbers from the AE org. All for the momentum needed to IPO successfully. Steer clear if you're a new SDR. If you have a few years of experience you'll have a better shot at lasting and getting some experience on your resume, after 18 months jump to your next job.

Draining, A lot of factors into what is a good opp and what's not. Most reps burn out if product market fit isn't in the right seasonality.
