Overall experience has been good. I feel lucky that I’ve found success here in my first sales role but the company has a high turnover rate. Here to become an AE takes about 3-4 years which is ridiculous. 1-2 years as a SDR then another 1-2 years as a Senior SDR then again that’s a maybe. So the light at the end of the tunnel is dim. Very niche product as well.

Sales development org is getting worse. Brought in someone from sales force who’s ruining it. Slashes our pay, cap commissions, making it 20% harder getting paid 30% less.
