Similarweb is a company with amazing product-market fit. If you are a hungry sales person or a leader with experience and grit you'll find success at Similarweb. At times more transparency from executive leadership on company vision, flexibility to work from home, and budget for additional tooling can have it's limitations but no organization is perfect. Similarweb is a strong company!

comp plan changed for the worst. Targets were raised and percent payout for commission is tied to annual attainment, so having a steady stream of commission income is hard until you are close to your annual target, which most won't attain anyways.
