Negative. Massive change in management made planning and strategy almost impossible. The core product stack is aging, licensing is inflexible which increases churn. The market is competitive and the new solutions are behind competitors and lack differentiation. Lack of outbound marketing activity makes lead generation challenging - one of the new VPs of marketing lasted less than 2 months.
