No reps are hitting target and the executives for the region are not feeding up honest feedback to HQ and sacrificing the RVP's in region (4 have been sacked in 2 years)

Current Employee4.1Feb 27, 2025Split sales organization into new logo acquisition and account management teams in July 2024 (FY start) and it has taken longer than expected for the new logo motion to pick up. Good movement in the last few months and expecting pick up in deals closing in Q4 and going into next FY.
