Selling in the enterprise space here was ridiculously difficult, unless you had one of the few accounts that was 'all-in" on Slack. Net-new logos and growing very small use-case / pocket usage accounts in enterprise was very, very difficult. The % of people hitting quota was less than 15%.

Good company with reasonable comp plans but your success is dependent on the patch you have. Your manager will also help to determine if you have a good or bad time.
