Quotas have increased 3 - 4x. Salesforce has completed absorbing all product and CS teams, meaning innovation has grinded to a halt. This will likely be the last year of Slack AEs before there is a restructuring. Despite being the only cloud achieving high growth, I can no longer recommend joining slack.
