Current Employee2.7Sep 6, 2023Slack has amazing people, however the acquisition by Salesforce has diminished process efficiencies, changed the culture, and diluted our control over the deal motion. The bureaucracy is the #1 reason why reps aren't successful and the company is slow to make necessary changes. It's still the good ole boys club.

The plan was to use Slack as the connective tissue of the SFDC platform, that strategy failed because the products were never integrated from a functional standpoint and the SFDC reps didn't bother to learn what...Read More
