Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Salesforce isn't for everyone. Compensation and benefits are world-class but you're absolutely just a cog in the machine. Managers care primarily about upward mobility and in-general I felt it to be a fairly selfish environment. It's a culture where people look out for themselves only, preach a corporate mantra that no one believes, and where investors and agendas are valued significantly higher than replaceable employees. If you're in your late 20's to early 30's it's great for the resume and bank account. If you've been doing this a long time then there are probably much better fits out there.
