The work is becoming untenable, With the removal of most of our productive tools and the intro of Salesforce self-built tools not fit for purpose and work has become 5 times longer at minimum. And with SF AE having more of a say on our own books than we do, Slack has become a servant to SF

Slack pre-Salesforce integration was amazing. Reps were hitting, enablement was solid, and culture was amazing (best I've ever seen). Everything slowly started going downhill as more of the company was integrated with Salesforce post-acquisition, but Slack was completely swallowed up at the start of 2023. Slack is a great product and company. They did over higher and cut the accounts too thin. No one was hitting quota, I had two managers quit within a year and then there were three rounds of layoffs. I'm sure it was an amazing place to work years ago.
