Current Employee My overall experience at Slalom was chaotic. It's impossible to provide a wholistic review for this company as each office is managed separately like a franchise. The quality of the management varies greatly across different regions and cities. I worked for an office that fell into the "bottom of the barrel" of all Slalom offices. The local leadership all came from consulting backgrounds and had "no idea" (their words not mine) on how to manage a sales organization. There were murky sales objectives, subjective measures to determine whether one was involved in a pursuit or not - but most notably no lines of demarkation or territories. Across the sales reps on the team, one month a rep could be working on an account and then get "voluntold" to move on to something else. Also there were blurry lines between sales executives and consultants in terms of running pursuits and when sales executives could be involved or provided credit for a sale.
The best advice I have to those looking for a sales role at Slalom is to do your research related to the specific region or city where you plan to be working. Browse Other Reviews
