There are plenty of opportunities for Slalom. However, the sales structure isn't well organized, territories/prospect lists overlap, and there is internal competition as a result. The new VP of Sales is expected to help rectify this but it's been 6 months since she was hired and we've yet to hear from her.

They do not understand the value of sales people or what to do with strong sales people at Slalom. They hire accomplished consultative sellers and stick them in the corner. There are pockets of the company where sellers are valued but the majority of markets don't know the basics when it comes to actually using sellers strategically to open doors and build accounts.Read More

My overall experience was not good. There was not enough support to deliver what our clients needed. Sales did not get the support required to create technical proposals in a timely fashion. HR was horrible and would not help leaders or staff. HR was used as a weapon.
