Former Employee2.7Aug 14, 2024My overall experience was not good. There was not enough support to deliver what our clients needed. Sales did not get the support required to create technical proposals in a timely fashion. HR was horrible and would not help leaders or staff. HR was used as a weapon.

However, the sales structure isn't well organized, territories/prospect lists overlap, and there is internal competition as a result. The new VP of Sales is expected to help rectify this but it's been 6 months since she was hired and we've yet to hear from her.
