experience was great, learned a lot, coworkers are friendly, strong product but a little bit pricey so can be tough with penny pinchers and in this economy, essentially every deal is discounted. Great inbound leads as well. But the pay is atrocious compared to other companies, I know many many SDR's at other companies who have a higher base pay and are compensated equally if not more in comparison to an AE at smartbear. Not a good look.

Look elsewhere. Company has changed a lot over past 3 years and is going downhill. Many VPs are leaving and they are re-arranging internal organization structure. Products are not working, almost impossible to sell. Upper management turns blind eye to employees needs. No SDR support/inbound leads.
