Had a decent experience there. Got acquired by them. Stayed for a while. Bad incentive comp structure for my role where there were only a few people. Typical rep comp isn’t bad. Leadership is not top talent. Good entry to mid experience level company. Took care of us during pandemic btw. Excellent parental leave benefits also.

It was ok. They began to add headcount and cut everyone’s pay with no warning. Company culture of low performers and managers that just suck up to each other instead of doing what’s best for their teams.
