Compensation plan is overall good but the target setting methods need improvement. Everything is based on what your target is and that will either make or break your year since the sales cycle is typically 1yr or more.

My overall experience was okay. I was doing others work and not being compensated for it. Upper management was great but direct management was super poor. Growth opportunity is possible, but the culture locally isn’t great.
