Senior leadership is tanking and culture is dead. Most reps aren’t happy, if they say they are it’s to try and get into a corporate role. Sports medicine culture tanked after Estervig left and even Rod Allen’s direct reports and managers say it’s a lot of bark without caring about their employees.

Overall this is a good company with certain products that corner the market.. however very selfish culture

Great organization, currently a lot of restructuring happening on the corporate end. We could improve with budget management, salary competitiveness, and incentives within the internal infrastructure. Also continue to work on awarding and praising good behavior.
