Snap! Mobile had a product that made you feel good to be a part of. That was the best part. There was a lot of politics in the leadership and it felt like a group that was trying to maintain control and power. It kept a lot of honest conversations from happening. Sales positions were a revolving door. There was limited support, and they were sometimes just getting warm bodies in. Extreme self-starters seem to be the only ones that succeed, but they do very well for themselves. That is all in flux now with all the new products they are trying to push now though

My overall experience was great. Would recommend this to most people. Offered great benefits, compensation structure got better as the company grew, great culture and teams. There were markets that were much more desirable than others, felt like there could have been better growth opportunities.

It was an OK gig. They need to reimburse more for gas, and are in an extremely competitive market where there are many alternatives.
