Current Employee The vast majority of colleagues are very nice and helpful, creating a great atmosphere. However, the director in charge of the inbound lead distribution clearly favors certain reps based on nepotism, rather than merit. The targets are also set way too high, which leads to the majority of reps not hitting their targets, and getting paid full commission.
