This company is suffering from the same sicknesses that others are. Used to be the only company fixing a certain issue, many inexperienced employees rise to the top carried by product and not their skill. These people do not even greet you. Nepotism is rampant. People get promoted based on personal relationships. Entirely unrealistic targets. To be on target in mid marked I would need to book 20 meetings per month. No one hits their target in the org. LnD Budget is cut entirely. If you want to learn being a Salesperson/Inprove your skill/get promoted -> this is the wrong company for you
