Great company to cut your teeth at in sales. However, the base salaries across all roles are LOW. Culture is great at most offices. Although it can be a bit cliquey at times. Lots of drinks after work, etc. If you're interested in a sales role and highly motivated by commission it's not a bad place to be.

Great company with good values, work culture, and incentives. They like to promote internally and reward their employees. The only con is the basic salary but that is then made up with the variable (commissions).

There is a good culture and no micromanaging. However, there is poor base pay and a lack of opportunity for accounts, as we are regionalised. Account opportunity is saturated.
