Current Employee The private equity owners are clearly focused on selling quickly, and the company has gone downhill fast. It used to be a supportive, successful place to work, but under new management it has become a fear-driven, blame-focused environment.
Politics now dominate, with managers more concerned about their own careers and looking good for the C-suite than supporting the sales team. This culture shift has made day-to-day selling far harder than it needs to be.
