How would you describe the interview process for the role you applied for, and what should others expect, pros and cons, etc?

Interview will start with recruiter to set expectations and review process.The next interview will most likely be with the hiring manager, 30 minutes to an hour of talking about experience and who you are.  Be prepared with questionsThe next interview will be with another manager from a similar side of the business.  Same thing 30 minutes to an hour of chatting and talking.  Also be prepared with questionsPeer interview, this will be quick but also the best opportunity to find out what your role would be like.  Important to figure out at this point if it is what you want to doThe final interview was with the director, mostly to check some boxes and get to know you.After that the process is simple, you connect again with your hiring manager.  Then work with the recruiter and HR on your offer letter. The process is worth the time that it takes (2-3 weeks) and very straightforward and no playing games.

It depends on the role, but generally speaking, the sales interview process is very easy. There will be an initial phone screen, then you will have an interview with your direct manager. During the interview, they will determine if you are a good culture fit and ask about your previous experience within cybersecurity. Management cares that you have experience managing a quota and a high-volume of sales activity. If you have experience working with partners, that is a plus. They are not as concerned with product knowledge. Then, the final stage of the interview process will likely be a role-play or presentation where you sell the solution of your choice.
