It is genuinely surprising that Sophos are a serious cybersecurity organization given the way that they run their operations internally. The comp plan is awful, the internal systems are awful, majority of salespeople time is taken up with back-end administrative BS. There are so many useless layers of middle management it is fascinating. Mid-manager who reports into senior mid manager who reports into director mid manager who reports into VP who reports into SVP who reports into C suite. Truly incredibly inefficient. I suspect that another round of heavy layoffs will be coming next year with the amount of waste here. I'd stay away.

I started here as a SDR New Grad from University. I have had zero real training or development on how to work the systems and how leads/comp work.
